This seminar (session 1 of 2) will introduce you to the Horst Insurance MyWave Portal, your online Client Center that provides you with a whole new way of working. Log on and you'll find a customized homepage that features time-saving tools and resources that help streamline everyday work tasks, keeps you up-to-date on timely news and information that impacts you most, and allows you to seamlessly connect and communicate with our agency..

To fully introduce you to the site's features and functionality, Horst Insurance invites you to join us for a special MyWave Portal "Breakfast & Learn¨ session. We'll walk you through the site and answer any questions you may have.

In this session you will learn:

1. How to use the document posting center, which provides fast and efficient document collaboration between you and your Horst Insurance representative.

2. How to communicate and share resources and information with other users, regardless of location.

3. The benefits of Community, an interactive forum that links you to a vast and knowledgeable network of colleagues from across the country.

4. How to access the site's comprehensive, useful resources that include a wide variety of insurance and safety-related information, such as ready-to-print employee newsletters, downloadable articles, brochures and survey benchmarking which allows you to compare your HR and Risk Management programs to other employers across the US.

5. How to use the OSHA Recordkeeping capabilities of the MyWave System. This item will be discussed in session 2 of the MyWave session. You must sign up for each session separately.

This seminar is geared toward first time users of MyWave or those use wanting a refresher on MyWave basics.
