Option 1: Insurance Carrier/Claim Hotlines
Most of the Insurance Carriers we represent operate a 24/7 Claim Reporting Hotline / Unit. Reporting your claim using these numbers ensures the most rapid response from the Insurance Carrier. If your Carrier is not listed, proceed to Option 3.

Option 2: Insurance Carrier/Online Reporting
Some of the carriers listed above also allow direct online claim reporting. If you prefer this method, the following carriers are available.
Option 3: Horst Insurance CSR/24 Online System
Horst Insurance provides extensive online services for Clients. The CSR/24 System allows you to report to the Agency any claims that have occurred. Click here to login and select "Report a Claim." If you do not have access to this system, please proceed to Option 4.
Option 4: Horst Insurance Telephone Reporting
Your Account Manager or Account Representative is available Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm Eastern Time, to assist you with claims. If the above options do not work for your particular need, please contact your team member.
